The flat is perfect for up to four people and is centrally located, just a few steps away from the lively Buenos Aires street and the Lima red metro station.



The flat is located in a quiet inner courtyard, providing a pleasant atmosphere of peace and privacy despite its central location.



In the living area you will find a kitchen and a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a bed, offers additional space for two guests.

The bedroom is spacious and cosy.

You will have to pick up the keys at the KeyNest point. We will send you all the necessary information once you have completed your online check-in.

Lovely place to stay in Milano

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here, there was AC’s that helped to keep things cool in the apartment and it was a spacious unit. The location was nice as well! The shower head was broken in the bathroom, which wasn’t ideal, but wasn’t a huge deal to us. The price was made it easy to overlook such a small issue

Bare Minimum Vrbo - Not impressed

While the Vrbo location is great and the size is above average; the Vrbo was very bare minimum and lacking a few basic necessities. There was no extra toilet paper provided so we had to go out and get our own when the roll ran out and there was no hand soap at all so we had to use our personal body wash. Additionally, the shower was broken and due to the visible rust it appears that it has not been fixed for a long time. The glass shower panes were not connected to the track so water was at risk for spraying out into the bathroom and the shower hose slide bar was missing completely so you could only shower if you held the nozzle the entire time. It was very difficult to shower and is not a functioning shower from the Vrbo description. In my opinion, this apartment is not ready to be rented as a Vrbo. Additionally, the check in process is tedious as you have to go to another location to receive the key and then continue on to the apartment. The key pick up location is not far away, but I feel that you should be able to get the key from the lock box next to the front door as a given, without having to pay and additional charge. Of all the Vrbo’s I have stayed in, I have never had to check in at a different location and then walk to the apartment. I was not impressed with check in or this Vrbo as a whole.

No Toilet Paper

We arrived from the trade show in Milan at 5pm and picked up the keys. Once we entered we discovered there was no toilet paper or hand soap available. Also there was a constant drip coming from the washroom toilet tank that was annoying. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay!

A Great Place To Stay - Please help me find my monkey

First of all, let me say this place was great. Located nearby to so many things it’s incredible. Grocery stores, clothes shopping, and the metro are no more than a 10 minute walk away in any direction from the apartment. Overall, the apartment is very clean and simply decorated in a way that makes it feel homey. The shower could have used a drain declogging, but it wasn’t too bad. Wifi was good, beds were very comfortable, so I can’t complain at all. On a separate note, I am begging anyone who stays at this apartment to please help me find my monkey. This stuffed animal has great sentimental value to me and I will do anything to get him back. I accidentally left him in/under the couch in a hurry to pack and have been devastated ever since losing him. Please look for him for me. If you find him please let the host know to contact me and I will be forever grateful.
