While it’s not within walking distance to major attractions, I preferred the neighborhood—it felt more authentic and less crowded than the touristy areas. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great stay overall!

Lovely hotel, staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was 2 mins from metro and 6 mins from the centre of Milan via metro so it was very convenient. Stayed there for 2 nights and loved every bit of it as it was quiet and away from the noise of the centre.

The receptionist who greeted us was incredible welcoming and easy to talk to. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The accessible room was spacious and comfortable. Only comment is that the bathroom toilet did smell like it hadn’t been cleaned properly.

The property is beautiful, the area around it not so much. Lots of graffiti and noise from local club(s). The property has a free breakfast, that is NOT included in the price paid to Expedia. If you want it prepare to pay extra. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The pillows are great, not down. (We are allergic) We were in Milan 2x and both stays were at this location. It has a nice balcony garden on the 5th floor. We loved it. It is close to the subway, restaurants, and grocery shopping.

Milan off-central area

The hotel is comfortable but simple. It is well-located near the metro and rail station (2 metro stops to Garibaldi station) and a quiet residential area with some family run restaurants that provide good food at prices much better than the central area. What mars the hotel is a disco next to the hotel that blasts loud music lasting to 4-5 a.m. on the weekends.

Needs more electric mains outlets!!

I did enjoy my stay at the B&B. The room was spartan, but in decent enough condition and comfort was 5 out of 10. The main issue I have is that the room I stayed in had virtually no mains outlets to charge my electronics and none close to the bed for my CPAP. I had to physically rearrange the room to have an outlet close enough to use my unit. Given the prevalence of CPAPs out there one would expect most remodeled hotels would recognize the need for a mains outlet near the bed (even for phone charging etc). Breakfast was quite good and it was quiet.

Roger's stay

The B&B was functional. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work; then they shut it off, so not so good on that score. Emanuele on your staff was simply superlative. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable; he was a standout of my stay. One thing that would have been nice would have been to have an insulated ice bucket. I used one of the waste containers for one, but since it wasn't insulated I used more ice that I would have with an insulated ice container. If you're interested in eco-friendliness, it might be a good idea to get some of them. Easy access to the Metro, great walking distance to the convention center.

Good hotel, not walkable

This is exactly what I would expect from a modern 3* hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked. Water pressure was on point. (you might think that those last two should be givens, but I've found that a lot of hotels in Europe advertise certain things, and then when you get there, nothing is working). The only negatives I would say was that there was only one power outlet in the room. Any person would have multiple devices these days that need charging, and if you're traveling with multiple people, well you can do the math. Charging one device at a time is pretty inconvenient. I would also say that this hotel isn't really walkable to anything interesting and cabs in Milan are extremely expensive. If you are a tourist I would recommend this chain, but not this location.
