Great hotel with wonderful staff. They even upgraded my room to a junior suite, which was amazing. I had a package delivered before my check-in, and the staff kindly received it on my behalf as requested. The breakfast was perfect, and the location is excellent; just a 2-minute walk from Turro metro station. I loved my stay and will definitely return!

A nice hotel that made it easy to visit the sites push g the nearby metro. The staff were friendly and helpful, beds probably a touch hard for our liking. Some good choices for meals as well, a great family restaurant named Gemelli was our favorite nearby.

The hotel room had a really comfortable large bed.It was clean . The hotel was very close to the underground and it went straight to the centre, it was easy convenient and didn’t take long. Near the hotel there was a supermarket, chemist and lots of other convenient shops.

This hotel offers every modern comfort you could want including a rooftop gym, sports bar and trendy restaurant. The smaller restaurants on the main street Turro are very good and the nearby clothing shops had great selections at modest prices. Plus there is a supermarket next door, a luxury laundromat called Posh Wash just 2 blocks away and a subway stop, one block away.

The facilities are very modern and well-maintained. The refrigerator contains bottled water, beer, snacks but you have to pay for it. A boiler, coffee , sugar, cups, and tea are provided. The room has fine finishes, and air conditioning And a small tv.Finally, the service staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it

Staff is good. Cleanliness is best. Poorest complementary services. Poor amenities. AC for my room was worst. When they change, the other room was reasonably good. It shows they give last preference of room quality etc for those booking through private portal. This is in general. Room was over compact for 2 people stay. Stayed experience was not for value of money.

Hotel well located near the metro. Renovated structure but the rooms are older but not bad. The only problem is that part of the reason I chose this hotel was because it had parking on site. When I arrived they said the parking lot was full and I had to park in a nearby parking lot, a 5 minute walk away with an extra cost of 25 Euros for a 24-hour period. This is the only one in the area with 24-hour option and privileged in and out and I was lucky enough to get the last spot. The other nearby parking lots are hourly, with an average cost of 3/5 Euros/hour or 10/15 Euros for the period without privileged in and out.

The service was outstanding in particular the gentleman behind the bar. He was always trying to please. The room I stayed in was number eight and it was a good size room with two doors however no air conditioning. If it's going to be hot I would avoid this hotel as most of the rooms were pretty hot. I bought a fan. Other than that because it's 4ks out of the center of Milan the pricing is quite reasonable out of peak and event time
