The hotel is located in a very good and quiet area, with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s also very close to the train station and bike rentals, which makes getting around very easy. Another big plus for me is that it’s close to Virgin Active gym, which was important during my stay. There is no receptionist on-site, but communication through the chat was excellent. Every time I needed something, they responded quickly and were very helpful. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel!

While the photos make the rooms look great, our "deluxe" room fell well below expectations. Here are the main issues we encountered: - Maintenance Issues: The room showed heavy wear and tear on the walls and in the shower. We found a broken toilet flush button and a vanity light that was poorly attached to the wall and covered in a thick layer of dust. - Inadequate Hot Water: The hot water supply lasted for only one person. After a 10-minute shower (with water turned on and off intermittently), there was no hot water left for my husband. - Lack of Seating: While coffee, tea, and water were provided, there was only one chair in the room, making it impossible for two guests to sit comfortably. - Noise Disturbance: We experienced persistent heavy stomping and overhead noise from the floor above until midnight. Overall, this room did not live up to the "deluxe" label or the price point. We would not stay here again.
