- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom;

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge applies:

* Between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., a surcharge of 25 euros applies. We are unable to accommodate check-ins after 11:00 PM.

- From Milan Central Station, the apartment can be reached in about 30 minutes by taking the M2 subway to S. Agostino and then continuing on foot.



- If you’re travelling by car, parking is not included. Paid parking is available near the property.
