An Experience

Good location, clean. Plumbing in both bathroom’s need major work. Shower flooded while my 77 year old husband was in there. Not safe. The bathroom sink drain was clogged. Drapes off the rods. Communication was poor during check in. Communicator rude. Telling me to read instructions. Not like other places I have stayed in Italy.
