Milano
Communication with host was bad. Not accommodating to early check in at least to drop off bags. Instructions to intercom not clear. Instructions to press apartment #35 “Scidda” does not exist. Waited outside for 2 hours. Cleaning lady was late and on top of being late we sat for 45 minutes and watched her clean a dirty room. It felt like they were not expecting us. The room was a sauna. The A/C was broken. We went to wash clothes and the cord from the washer was disconnected and on top of that it was about 3 feet from the outlet. The plug does not reach the outlet. We found a comforter in washer that was peed on. They need to take better care of this unit. I would not recommend.
