Quiet, spacious flat in Central Milan

This flat was on a lovely, quiet side street and was just a few blocks from the central train station and even closer to the metro. Check in was very easy and the host was very communicative. The house manager quickly took care of a couple of questions that we had and made our stay enjoyable. The flat itself was very quiet, clean & well laid out with spacious rooms. It made our Milan stay very enjoyable!

Disappointed

The property listing said there would be a washer dryer but after washing all my clothes we realized there was no dryer which left me with a ton of wet clothes. Furthermore, both of the irons weren’t working. We also brought some takeout food home for dinner but the microwave wasn’t working. When we entered the property the toilet wasn’t cleaned either. One of the bedrooms had two smaller mattresses side by side instead of a proper mattress which was extremely uncomfortable for me to sleep in. This was overall a very disappointing experience and I will not be booking with them ever again.
