Hotel room light is very dim; everytime when we do parking need to inform front desk staff as there is no one assign for car park; gym room is very dim too especially the only staircase that walk to the gym room is completely dark without light on, quite scary.

Beautiful and comfortable room
The room is very enjoyable and fancy. Breakfast is not the best as a four star hotel. But still I enjoy very much the stay.

not bad location, but that is all
the hotel locates in relative good location, approx. 15 min drive to Milan Cathedral. But that is all the merit this hotel has, at least from my experience. The wifi in this hotel sucks, I mean really sucks, not even have a stable connection for checking email. Although having a wifi upgrading option, 10 eu per day, but, actually not working at all. even worse is you have to make a choice between open the window but suffer the noise or close window with no ventilation.

Clean, good space, quiet, you can find many different restaurant near this hotel. Big suppermarket to shopping that just take 5 mins. walk & high quality store for shopping that also takes around 3 mins near from this hotel. Breakfast service is confortable. I will come to this hotel for next business visit to this city.

Me hospedei com minha família. O hotel é muito bom. Apesar de ficar um.pouco distante do centro histórico, da para caminhar pela cidade e também tem 2 estações de metrô perto ; estação Gioia e estação República. O staff e muito atencioso, principalmente o atendente Lucca que fala português e foi muito atencioso. Eu recomendo esse hotel.

The building is old , the AC and Fan did not work . The room was very hot in winter. The hotel parking is very expensive EUROS 35.

다른건 다~~ 좋은데 방바닥 청소를 자주 안하는듯 합니다. 외출하고 돌아왔을때 침대정리 등은 다 잘되어있지만 바닥에 머리카락등 먼지는 그대로. 하루만 그런게 아니었어요. 나머지는 모두 만족. 특히 방이 넓고 드레스룸이 따로 있어서 옷 정리하기 좋았어요.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel and staff did an amazing job to make us feel welcome and celebrate our honeymoon. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious and quiet. If I were to come back to Milan, I would definitely stay here again.
