The 30sqm apartment consists of a single room divided into:
-Living / dining area with sofa and kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.
- Sleeping area consisting of 2 single beds which can be joined into a double bed.
-Toilette (rather narrow) with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle. From here you enter the small balcony.
Additional services available to guests: underfloor central heating, 22 '' TV, washing machine, air conditioning with split in the sleeping area.
