Very bad experience!
The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.

Clean, Central.. please provide a kettle & tea bag
Hotel was decent, very central, close to the palace. Nice that they provide happy hour (for food, not drinks) and free breakfast. The cleaners tend to shift the furnitures around daily when they clean, not sure why. My only small remark is I wished the provided a kettle and teabags in the room (pretty standard for hotels). It's nice to make yourself a cup of tea after a long day.

Lovely stay
A delight to stay here. Lovely welcome from a great staff team . Sabrina at reception was outstanding, making restaurant reservations at hotels in other cities for us. Will definitely stay again if visiting Milan.

Palazzo Segreti is a gem in the heart of Milan. Quiet, comfortable and incredibly well located. Most of all, the staff is fabulous. There is no request that they will not attempt to accommodate, and they make the routine elegantly easy. In particular, Dennis and Sabrina at the front desk are perfect professionals. We would stay here again in a heartbeat when we return to Milan.

This hotel was in a quiet street off the busy area. Right near the Sforzesco castle, less than10 min walk to Duomo, Cadorna station (for Malpensa airport express) and easy walk to Brera... Hotel is in a convenient location for walking to many sites or taking public transportation. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, convenient and clean. Slippers and bathrobes were useful. Breakfast was really delicious!! (many baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt...) Elevator was really small and old fashioned but you might find it charming. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a perfect hotel to stay for our 1 night stay in Milan. Wish we had more days to stay at Palazzo Segreti and explore beautiful Milan!!

Finished off our Italian vacation by spoiling ourselves at this property. From the excellent service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the room and property we were so pleased with our choice. The location is perfect for access to everything !! We walked miles and enjoyed every minute.

Perfect location, boutique experience
Gorgeous design elements, a genuinely kind and helpful staff, and a perfect location make this the best stay imaginable. I wasn’t familiar with Milan prior to this visit, but I could not be more pleased with this hotel’s location, which is about 5 minutes to everything you’d want to experience. This is a true boutique hotel with curated design and an attentive staff that goes out of its way to offer recommendations and assist with anything else you may need. I’d absolutely stay again and will recommend to friends and family visiting Milan.

Easy to give this one 5 stars
Charming, cozy hotel with friendly staff, only about 100’ off a primary street lined with sidewalk cafes and shops. They include a nice happy hour in the evenings with a variety of snacks (salmon, cheeses, pizza), and they offer a tasty breakfast buffet with a ton of choices. Very close to 2 Metro stations (basically a block to the north and a block to the south), but you can walk to virtually all of the primary tourist destinations within 10 minutes from this centrally-positioned spot. Only negatives were the proximity to the numerous restaurants, which means you could hear people dining and partying until around 1am, and the small, “single-person and a bag” elevator promoted taking the stairs. Both were very minor negatives. I’d stay here again, without hesitation.

We had a most enjoyable five night stay at Palazzo Segreti. The location was fantastic, as we were walking distance to most of the top Milan attractions. We loved the open air canopied restaurants around the corner on Via Dante which is closed to auto traffic. The staff at the hotel was professional, friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and every evening there were wonderful appetizers set out in the lounge. The room itself was clean, with a large cabinet to hang clothes, but no drawers. Our only minor complaint would be with the bathroom layout, with the shower totally separate and very little counter space in the bathroom to lay out toiletries. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Palazzo Segretti to others.

Excellent hotel with excellent service
Amazing boutique hotel. Everything was perfect…from our check-in experience, the location within walking distance to the Duomo. The staff… everyone friendly, looking after any possible need. The rooms ultra modern and so comfortable. We had to check out very early for our morning flight and the front desk made us cappuccinos before we left!! Definitely recommend and we will be back next time we are in Milan!
