Everything about the interior of the hotel and the staff was fantastic! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The only problem was the location, especially in combination with it being New Year’s Eve. The hotel isn’t very close to much, but there were a few restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Apparently, most restaurants (even McDonalds) close very early on NYE in Italy. We had to get room service because we couldn’t find anywhere to eat nearby. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

This was the perfect hotel for exploring Milan with our kids. Immediately opposite a Metro station, it is incredibly quick to get into the centre of Milan - c. 25 minutes and it’s the end of the line, so a seat is guaranteed. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Interconnecting rooms are available for those travelling with children. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and the best of our stay. Breakfast was good. Parking is available for a nightly charge.

Great find for our family trip. The hotel Is clean and well maintained, we had connecting rooms which was perfect as we‘re travelling with our 2 teenagers. The hotel is situated right next a Metro station so it’s super easy to get into Duomo without the stress of taking the car. The bar was nice and friendly. The only thing that let it down very slightly was the fact that the restaurant was closed, they were doing food in the bar, so you could still eat but it wasn’t great. Mine was cold and my daughters was bland. But other than that the hotel is fab and the staff were all great. We would stay again.

Nous revenons d’un séjour de 3 nuits au Starhotels tourist ! Hôtel sympa pour les petits budgets mais l’accueil reste fortement à améliorer Nous avons été importuné par une femme de ménage très désagréable qui voulait absolument rentrer dans notre chambre pour nettoyer alors même que je n’étais pas disponible étant entrain de m’habiller pour sortir .. elle m’a presque hurlé dessus parce que je lui demandais de revenir dans quelques minutes et elle insistait toujours pour rentrer alors même que j’étais à moitié nue .. Ensuite elle va alerter la réception qui va ensuite à son tour me mettre la pression en m’appelant à plusieurs reprises pour que je la laisse rentrer .. pendant ce temps elle n’arrêtait pas de revenir frapper à la porte Et lorsque je sors pour m’en aller ,elle me lance un regard méchant en fiasquant et murmurant des paroles . Cette scène m’a tellement perturbé que j’ai même oublié mes accessoires en sortant et loupé mon train ce jour là . Une attitude totalement inacceptable et irrespectueuse du client ! Un hôtel qui ne respecte pas ses clients ni leur tranquillité c’est aberrant !! Pour avoir fait des hôtels de luxe à travers le monde je n’ai encore jamais vu ça !! En général soit le client ne veut pas être dérangé ou on revient plutard s’il n’est pas disponible Par ailleurs on m’a poursuivi en salle du petit déjeuner pour me faire régler la note alors que j’étais en table entrain de manger Je vais néanmoins faire une mention spéciale à une gentille dame du bar

A lovely hotel and great value. We enjoyed a great variety on offer at breakfast and the rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Great for families with interconnecting rooms. The location was right opposite the Metro so easy to travel into central Milan.

This was our second stay this month and it was very comfortable. We had a problem ordering room service but resolved this with reception who offered a helpful alternative. We discovered a park and a second mall near the hotel, which was good. We loved the proximity to the metro.

Já me hospedei três vezes no Starhotels Tourist e sempre tive ótimas experiências. A localização é excelente, bem em frente à estação de metrô Bignani, o que facilita muito os deslocamentos por Milão. O hotel é limpo, agradável e confortável. Os quartos são sempre bem cuidados, e os banheiros são grandes, modernos e muito limpos. O café da manhã é diversificado e de ótima qualidade. Sem dúvidas, voltarei a me hospedar aqui em futuras visitas à cidade.

Deserving of a 4**** rating.

The hotel from the outside is unattractive. Inside you are greeted with a cool, clean and modern reception. All the employees were well presented,attentative and knowledgeable. No rooms have balconys which is a bit of a bind in the middle of a heat wave. Airconditioning was barely adequate. On leaving the room due to key card all power goes off including fridge and aircom. Great location. We were in Milan for Bruce Springsteen concert there were no issues with transport. Metro literally within 2 minutes walk. Overall very comfortable stay. Special compliments to the young lady who immediately solved a problem with our mini bar! Well done Starhotel Tourist.
