“This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay:
1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel.
2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card. Since it was 11 pm at night, we did not have any option and paid 2 times for the same room
3. While 2 of us were staying, they provided only 1 towel,……
