“Nice ”

“I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hope Inn in Kolkata. It is a simple, small and quiet three-story hotel in an alley right near where I wanted to be. The rooms are very basic, but the Inn was staffed 24 hours a day - helping me feel very safe as a woman traveling alone. I appreciated the availability of air conditioning in a hot week in Kolkata. The feeling of safety and being taken care of that I had there. Their early check-in time, immediate help in carrying my bags, and in helping me use……

“This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay: 1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel. 2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card. Since it was 11 pm at night, we did not have any option and paid 2 times for the same room 3. While 2 of us were staying, they provided only 1 towel,……
