At Home Base II - One of four homes located together. Great choice for families who wish to be near each other but have their own private lodging. Conveniently located under 1/2 mile from Cooperstown Dreams Park, making it easier to always be on time for games. About a 5 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown.

One well supervised team party welcome. Host simply would like notification.

Overlooking rolling green hills, the view is sure to please. Home Base II has 3 bedrooms, including a large master suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Enjoy the open layout of this fantastic property.

Relax on the large private side porch or snuggle up next to the fire pit. This home has a basketball hoop and a large yard. Enjoy family campfires under the star filled night skies.
