Good location to base yourself

This was a short stay for us and served as a base as we explored the surrounding coastline in Sardinia. The township is small, but has facilities (although limited and some do not open daily).

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, sogar Strandschirm, Kühlbox und Strandspielzeug für die Kids stehen zur Verfügung!Milis ist ein süßes sardinisches Dorf in einer guten Lage. Wir haben in unseren 10 Tage nur 2 mal den selben Stand besucht.Christine und Giuseppe haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt und Lucia hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen.Wir sind sehr gut erholt nach Hause zurück gekehrt!

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz

Es ist alles vorhanden (außer Fernseher) um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Von unseren Gastgebern bekamen wir direkt sehr viele gute Ausflugsziele und Restaurants vorgeschlagen und die Haushälterin war stets da wenn man sie braucjte.

Maison de ville restaurée avec caractère

Maison avec une petite cour extérieure très mignonne. Très fonctionelle, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Conciergerie très réactive. Très bien située, plein centre village. Par contre la maison intérieure est beaucoup moins lumineuse que sur les photos.

Lovely Home in Beautiful Sardinia

We truly enjoyed our visit to Milis, and our stay in Christine's home was perfect for the two of us. Milis is a lovely, friendly community, welcoming in all ways. The home is well-equipped and communication was great. Five stars all around!

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, es wurde sich super um uns gekümmert, selbst als wir nur etwas nicht gefunden haben, war sofort Hilfe zur Stelle. Die Leute in Milis sind alle sehr nett, uns hat es dort super gefallen.

Tolles Haus in liebenswerter Kleinstadt - Urlaub inmitten des sardischen Alltags

Wunderbares Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Strände sind in ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants sind direkt im Ort ansässig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wunderbar, insbes. Jochen auf dem Gasherd hat Spaß gemacht. Auch die Saftpresse haben wir täglich genutzt. Das Haus ist allerdings nicht unbedingt für die Nutzung durch große Menschen ausgelegt. Ich bin knapp 2 Meter groß und fand Bett, Duschen und Sitzmöbel eher auf Menschen bis 1.75 m Körpergröße ausgerichtet. Danke!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in kleinem Dörfchen

Wir waren für 6 Tage in diesem wunderschön restaurierten Haus von Christine und Giuseppe und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt, von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung bis zur tollen Küche, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Milis ist ein wunderschön gelegenes kleines Dörfchen mit einem kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles zur täglichen Versorgung bekommt und zu den herrlichsten Stränden ist es auch nicht weit. Der Kontakt zu Christine und Lucia war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Christine hat uns schöne Ausflugstipps gegeben und uns auch kulinarisch mit Tipps versorgt. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Ort um Sardinien zu erkunden.

Architektenhaus in schönem Städtchen

Das Haus strahlt die Vision des Besitzerpares wieder und ist geschmackvoll-zurückhaltend mit Sammlerstücken möbliert, was die architektonischen Elemente des Hauses unterstreicht. Die Weite des Hauses steht im Kontrast zu den schmalen Gässchen des Ortes und bietet viel Platz für Gross und Klein, um sich auszubreiten aber auch um sich bei Bedarf zurückziehen zu können. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lädt zum abendlichen Zusammensein ein. Christine ist eine sehr umsichtige und äusserst hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die für Ihre Gastgeberqualitäten eine 1 mit Sternchen verdient.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Schön renoviertes und geräumiges Ferienhaus mitten in Milis, einem traditionellem kleinen Dorf Sardiniens. Die Ausstattung ist angemessen und reicht für einen Urlaub vollkommen aus. Ein Mietwagen ist nötig, um die Strände, Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfbereiter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist fast noch schöner als auf der HP zu sehen und für Kinder sind viele Bücher/Spiele da. Die Lage mitten im Ort hat viele Vorzüge, allerdings ist es abends/nachts auch entsprechend laut...

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben im Juni knapp zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen! Von Anfang an war der Kontakt zu Christine ( der Vermieterin) herzlich, frei von Komplikationen! Sie hat jederzeit schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war selbst während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr an unserem wohl interessiert! Das alte Apothekerhäuschen war sehr einladen und sehr gepflegt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Milis ist ein kleines niedliches Dörfchen, in dem abends erst das Leben richtig beginnt! Innerhalb von 30min haben wir mit dem pkw mehrere traumhaft schöne Strände erreichen können. Warum in die Karibik fliegen wenn es doch so viel näher ist.... Wir danken Christine und werden bestimmt wieder kommen

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Alles ok. Das einzige Manko war die Kälte im Haus. Um diese Jahreszeit ist es noch sehr kalt. Christine ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Stylish and well appointed house in the wonderful village of Milis

This lovely home is a few steps from a fabulous pizzeria, cafe-bar, and several shops that sell fresh pasta, pastries, and bread. The people of Milis are wonderful and the nearby beaches are glorious. It is a roughly 30 minute drive to the beaches, but the trip takes you through handsome farmland and is a pleasure. My husband and I had a lovely time and are looking forward to returning soon. One thing to note is that there isn’t air conditioning and it can be very hot and muggy in the summer [>30C with 80% humidity]. But the fans keep you cool for the most part and it is a joy to spend the day on the beach and come home to such lovely amenities. The outdoor shower was fabulous!

Wonderful place from which to explore Sardinia’s west coast.

Milis is a lovely village that’s no more than 20 mins to some amazing beaches. On our last day we found the best one to be the south end of Spiaggia Is Arruttas, crystal clear turquoise waters with its white quartz beach. The weather was so hot we didn’t do much else than stay on the beach with the onshore breeze but we did venture across to the east side one day, it took 1.5hrs through Sardinia’s mountainous vistas, stunning. We’d come back to explore in cooler climes. We also went to Bosa and the castle ruins, pretty town. The property is a lovely, airy, light and spacious place and had all we needed. The beds were comfortable too. Not sure if the house had air conditioning, we assumed not as it wasn’t obvious, we really could have done with it at night as it was so hot. What we would have found helpful was a folder with information relating to the property, ie where to find the fuse box key, if there is air con - instructions, emergency numbers etc and a village map pointing out where all the shops and amenities are. Christine was everso helpful with directions and with the odd problem that arose at the house and even more so the delightful elderly neighbours who were so so willing to help you too. This was our first visit to Sardinia (July 2018) and we’ll definitely plan to come back when it’s a cooler time of year so we can explore more of what this beautiful varied island has to offer. Thank you both for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

zwei entspannte Wochen in Milis

Wir waren während zwei Wochen in Milis, einfach wundervoll am Morgen am Weg zum Bäcker den ersten Café zu trinken, dann vielleicht noch Mortadella beim Fleischhauer zu holen etc. Das Haus ist alt und wunderschön restauriert, herrlich angenehmes und kühles Klima, obwohl es draußen schon seit Wochen heiß ist. Ausgestattet mit allem was man sich als Urlauber wünschen kann, genug Platz (wir waren zu viert mit unseren Kindern) damit sich jeder einen Platz suchen kann, der Hof und die Dusche - ein Traum, auch wenn das Bad im Haus wunderschön ist .... Bei Fragen haben wir immer prompt Christine erreicht und immer Hilfe bekommen. Es ist zwar ein Stück zu den traumhaften Stränden der Sinis-Halbinsel (ca. 20 min.), aber es zahlt sich aus. Im Ort eine Pizzeria, ein Bäcker, ein Fleischhauer, 3 Bars, 2 Pasticcerie, der direkte Nachbar der Frisör - ich habe seine Dienste zwei mal genutzt. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!
