「Wow! We stayed at Ishq for the final night of our two week honeymoon in Sri Lanka. We were absolutely blown away with how gorgeous the property were. Photos don’t do it justice! Our room was so spacious and we felt immediately at home. The only negative was that we booked for one night - we wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you for a wonderful time!」

「We stayed here twice in a week. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the location as well. One of the few good quality accommodations near beruwala. This villa is owned by a very nice family, who were so accommodative, and helped us and we're very flexible. They also prepared good breakfast and provided nice conversation. Highly recommend for travellers and business in the area. 」

「Milanga took great care of us, driving us around anywhere we wanted to go. We saw and took pictures with an elephant, fed monkeys, and saw so many varieties of birds and animals on our river boat cruise, which was amazing! Also, our meals were all very delicious and prepared, and everything was kept tidy. We appreciate all their hard work and care for us! We would love to come back one day!」

"The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close."
