「A/c was fine, room was clean and the hotel in general was quiet. Appreciated the breakfast.」

「Maid service was not good. We had to go to office on the 3rd day to get clean towels. Never made bed and didn’t empty trash. We took it out ourselves. Staff in office was great.」

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

「Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. 」

「Under renovation, but hardly noticed. Stayed on second floor, woken early by guests above us walking around - not very sound proof. Breakfast was not great, eg egg patties」

「The lobby area was beautifully decorated . The room was spacious and very clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.」

「The room was nasty stains on the bed and comforter. The bathroom bath tub was not clean at all the room was not well kept at all. Looks as if house keeping didn’t change the sheets or bedding. I had to strip the bed myself and when I stiles the bed from the dirty bedding. The were stains all over the mattress and mattress's topper. So bad that I booked to stay for two nights and I left the next day.」

「We enjoyed our overnight stay at Snyder’s Knob as we were in the area doing genealogy research in Perry County. The hosts were awesome and the property was beautiful. It provided a great respite for our busy days. We’ll stay again as we continue our research. 」
