We're pleased to share that this property was unaffected, remains fully accessible from the airport, and continues to serve as a cozy and peaceful retreat. The roads are clear, businesses are reopening, and the region is ready to welcome visitors once again. To support travelers and locals alike, we’ve reduced our rates to help accommodate those in need and contribute to the community’s comeback.

This unique property offers the rare opportunity to stay in two separate homes on one private lakefront estate, perfect for larger groups. The Lakefront Cabin and Cozy Lakeview Cottage together sleep up to 17 guests, giving your group plenty of space to gather while enjoying nature and privacy. Located in Mills River, the home is just 8 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 11 miles from Brevard, and 12 miles from downtown Hendersonville. Outdoor lovers will appreciate being only 14 miles from Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest, known for breathtaking waterfalls, scenic trails, and adventure.

Lakefront Cabin
This spacious retreat features 15-foot vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, and a warm gas fireplace. Enjoy lake views from the two-story balcony or unwind in the upgraded downstairs lounge, now with a large sectional, 65' smart TV, and wet bar. A brand-new bunk room includes two double bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked for group meals, and outdoor living is just as inviting, with dining tables, a front porch for sunsets, and a fire pit by the dock. Extras include kayaks, Ping-Pong, cornhole, and more—all included.

Cozy Lakeview Cottage
This compact yet charming cottage is ideal for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a full kitchen, cozy living area, and a Murphy bed with a fold-down desk—great for reading, remote work, or relaxing. The new elevated deck under the trees features a Blackstone grill, dining area, and a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A private firepit invites stargazing and s’mores.
