This apartment features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, a rooftop patio with skyline views, a fitness center, lounge, and more.
The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Amenities:
Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, Keurig, fitness center, and rooftop patio & lounge
Location:
- Connected to the Fiserv Forum through an enclosed skywalk
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University
- Walkable to the Deer District, Water St. bars, and Pabst Brewery District
Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured parking garage (the 5th Street Parking Structure) which has direct and enclosed access to the building. Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events)
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 8`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
- Metered street parking is also available directly outside the building on Juneau
Other things to note:
- The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however please note that the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed. Please see the listing photos for reference.
- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case.
Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability
Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
