I was very surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price. It isn’t fancy, but if you need a decent place to stay without paying a lot, then My Place is a good choice. Shout out to Leslie - she was so polite and professional checking me in.

Very friendly staff. The entire hotel looked clean every day! A defective HVAC unit was replaced in 15 minutes! Our room was very clean and in good condition. All appliances were spotless and worked well! Nice large lawn areas and paved sidewalks for walking dogs. Well lit parking lot. Exterior door locks at hallway entrances. The hotel and staff were very pet-friendly to our dog.

Great room. Pretty quiet too. One downfall is no ice machines! You are told to turn on ice maker in room which is ok if you’re there 3-4 days but not when you get in at 9pm and leave at 8am. Barely made 8 ice cubes. I would with that knowledge stay again just be prepared. Had never heard of this hotel before this stay and I would absolutely stay at one again.

If you need an extended stay in a clean room, this is a good match. Staff is helpful, room has full fridge and range top. A two spot table to eat and a... bulletin board? Bed was comfy. Grounds were weedy but otherwise ok. Room was very utilitarian and the hotel does not have a pool or fitness center.
