「Venu plusieurs fois déjà sans souci. Cette fois c’est très décevant. J’ai demandé un appt au calme et on m’en donne un face à l’ascenseur ! mais surtout le problème c’est l’odeur persistante : les oreillers et la couette n’ont pas dû être lavés, c’est pas sale mais il y a une odeur de quelqu’un, difficile de dormir avec ça, heureusement il ne fait pas froid et j’ai pu me passer de la couette. Il faut également revoir la literie qui fait le creux, matelas à changer. 」
