"Everything was excellent, from caring staff, property condition and food. Please note that there is no lift, but they take your bags up and down (2-4 floors). Free coffee/tea in their cafe/bar. Onsen was also very good. Room was spacious and we were allowed an early check-in. Highly recommended if you are visiting Chuzengi. Take care driving up the winding road during winter."

"Our room has beautiful mountain view. It is convenient to hire ski in the hotel. We mainly focus on Yatebi, Ichinose and Okushiga areas. They are all linked so we donโt need to take shuttle bus."
