“房间看得出旧的痕迹，但是鹤雅就是鹤雅，到了门口就感觉到高级，车开进来，就有服务员追过来帮忙拿行李，进门后帮我们擦轮子，送行李到房间，来的是一个小女生，行李好重我都不好意思了，大厅不大，他们总会在大厅升起爐火，我们可以要来免费的棉花糖烤着吃，大厅还有免费的竖琴演奏，高级。。房间是两张120床加一个榻榻米区还有一张按摩椅，不大，但是刚好足够，楼下的温泉当然是重头戏，户外两池，一池有顶可以挡雪，一池是石头砌的，在雪地里赏雪赏景，身体泡在热热的泉水里，高级。。早晚餐都是自助餐，没有会席料理能选，小小遗憾，还好自助餐提供的食物，精美又多样，总之，这是一个很满意的温泉之旅。”

“Everything was great. Except one trivia thing if I have to say is that no found of a full-length dressing mirror in the room. The food was great, the staff in the restaurant were friendly. Plan to come back again. ”

“We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with two adults and two small children. It is super spacious (163 m²), over two floors, with three bathrooms including a huge onsen-style bath for the whole family, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing location close to Koko bakery for croissants and Rhythm for great Allpress coffee in the mornings. Very close to lots of restaurants, a cheesecake stand, and two mini-markets. It's just a short walk up the hill to .base, and even closer to the family……
