「Overall it’s a really unpleasant experience to stay there! I have never experienced such rude hotel staffs especially in Japan, which is well known for its hospitality and services, hotel staffs got annoyed with questions asked in English!! The room is dated and not very tidy, facilities such hot spring are not impressive, food is subpar and expensive! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone even it’s a ski-in-out resort as it claims! 」

「It is my 2nd time to Kinta Naeba first time I met the old man Mr Kinta He was very friendly and proud to share how he has built Kinta Naeba from Scratch This time Mr Kinta was not there but the hospitality by the other staff was still perfect. I strongly recommend to order their dinner if you are staying in Kinta, their food are delicious and are far better than the so called Japanese cuisine you can have in the Prince Hotel Resort. 「The location is near Kagura tashiro rope lift but far from yuzawa center. It is better to have car with you when you book this accommodation. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. There are long term accommodated ski coaches stay there therefore the kitchen were very busy in the morning and evening breakfast and dinner time. The car can be stuck by heavy snow in their parking space. Here is mainly for ski or snowboarding activities.」
