「Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. 「We stayed for only one night after a late incoming flight. Even on short notice they sent a driver who met us inside arrivals and had a sign with our name. It’s worth noting it is not all that close to the airport. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown to our room, which had a great shower and was very comfortable.
