「Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. 「What what do you think about the property that it was very safe inconvenience everything in allow me to visit with the locals. I wasn’t feeling well one morning and the staff was all over it. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasn’t an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. 」

「There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. 「独立房间，挺好的，就是苍蝇蚊子很多。酒店不好找，因为中文界面没有英文酒店的名字，我现在酒店门口，找了半天。房间没有网络，电视有很多频道。冰箱可以用，整体来说很舒心，我很满意」

「Friendly staff, big rooms with cool temperatures. I wish the pool was open! My only other suggestion would be to build an additional layer of security to the front. In its current form, anyone can walk through the gate and up to your room. From that, I felt unsafe though I did not encounter any crime. Trip was very successful otherwise - thank you!」
