Great location and property

Perfect spot to host a large group close to other houses. Easy access to local restaurants and to the private side of the lake! Daniel was great to work with.

10/10 stay! It truly is an amazing place from the house to the boat dock! It is fully supplied with everything to have a good time! From the upstairs kitchen to the downstairs kitchen it has the tools so you can cook up some amazing food for the whole group! And the hot tub is a great place to relax and relieve your mind of any stress from your busy normal life! If your not one to sit still, but you don't feel like leaving the party, the game room has a supply of activities to keep you occupied!

Nothing short of Spectacular

Upon arrival, we were struck by the property's remarkable beauty, which surpassed our expectations. Having previously worked with Dan, we knew what to expect, and our previous retreat was conveniently located just a 5-minute drive away. Our host delivered exceptional service, providing everything we required and more. My team is already planning to return next year and will undoubtedly reserve the same magnificent house. The peaceful atmosphere was so enjoyable that one team member was reluctant to depart, wanting to continue fishing. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing, but would benefit from a handrail for easier entry. The game room was also a huge success among both kids and adults. Thank you again, Dan and crew, for the outstanding 5-star treatment. #LARRetreat

Amazing Stay at Gold Cove

We had an amazing stay at Gold Cove with a group of 5 families! There was plenty of space to spread out and relax/enjoy. The game room was a hit with the kids! The heated pool was also bigger than expected and the kids really enjoyed it whenever they weren't in the lake. The amenities were amazing! The home had everything you needed and more. We can't wait to return and have already rebooked for next year. Thanks, Gold Cove, for an amazing stay!

Beautiful Home and Fully Stocked

This was a great property. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with numerous amenities. We have stayed at other places, and this one, by far, had many of the basics that we usually bring with us and didn't need to. Everyone enjoyed their time. The host was very responsive as well. I would highly recommend this place.

By far the absolute BEST vrbo experience I’ve ever had. The entire home was so clean and fully stocked with everything you would need and more! The heated plunge pool was the perfect hot tub for this time of year and it was perfectly clear water. I will absolutely be a repeat visitor to this property and cannot wait to bring my kiddos.

5 Stars-Made great memories with family.

This was the perfect property for our get together of 21 family members. Everyone slept comfortably and had a great time. The property has all the amenities you would ever need, and others that you didn’t even expect. It is also very clean and upscale. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very communicative and attentive to all of our needs, no complaints. Everyone loved the property and had an amazing time.

We had a great trip for our first time at Lake Anna. The house was amazing. Very spacious. Has everything you need. Everything you need to have fun indoors and outdoors. We only left to go to the grocery store which was not far from the house. All the adults and kids enjoyed our vacation. No issues. And very quick responses from hosts. 100% recommend this house.

We had a 4 different families totaling 23 people at the lake house. There were 3 levels which allowed us all to spread out comfortably. The house was clean, the amenities were amazing, and the lake views were nothing short of breath taking. Our family definitely will be re-booking on an annual basis. We as 8 couples 75 years old who went to college together had a fabulous get together. There is not a thing the owners didn’t forget in this house. Every imaginable kitchen appliance and utensil, plenty of glassware and dishes as well as a beautiful areas to relax and enjoy. The location is private and secluded with a beautiful view of the lake but near NOVA and Richmond. We enjoyed plenty of space to spread out whether on the dock or one of the beautiful decks or living rooms. Grocery and a couple restaurants are a close drive. We will definitely return and also recommend to any looking for a multi family retreat. Loads of kids toys and a fabulous 3rd floor kid space !

Our stay at Gold Cove was, in many ways, fantastic. The house itself is gorgeous. It is beautifully built and well-planned, exceptionally well-supplied, and the scenery is picturesque. Daniel and his management team are top notch. They were wonderfully responsive to any questions or needs that arose during our stay. If our stay was only based on these factors, it would be 5 stars - hands down.However one thing we wish we'd known in advance was how HOT the lake temperature would be. During our mid-July stay, the lake temperature from surface to bottom measured at 100.2. Given the muggy outdoor temperatures, the lake did not offer relief from the hot weather, which was a significant disappointment for our group. This detail would have been really helpful to know. We made the best of it using paddle boards and kayaks which were supplied and still had a great time, just can't give a full 5 stars without disclosure of this fact. This house would be an ideal getaway for cooler times of the year.
