「We got a room on the second floor. Property manager Jeremy was responsive in communication. Easy check-in and out. Seamless process. Very clean and comfy bedding! All excellent. Except the muffed club music from downstairs or upstairs are non-stop and can be heard from the primary bedroom. Any tired guests won’t appreciate the noise. Not sure if it’s something that the property owner/manager can do something about it. 」
