「The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children.」

「The actual property location on Expedia is incorrect, only when receiving the Sykes confirmation was the correct location stated. I messaged the property owner via Expedia to request a cancellation but received no reply. The chalet is fairly dated but clean. WiFi has to be paid for at £10 a week which seems a bargain until you realise it’s unusable most of the time. The park itself doesn’t make it clear that the bar/restaurant is closed having been decimated in a storm 18 months ago… a...

「Excellent accommodation well equipped with all modern equipment really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from Newquay either but plenty to do here with bars and restaurants a plenty. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.」

「Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. 」

「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

「Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. The apartment itself is very nice, 2 parking spaces allocated to the rear, can be quite tight but is manageable ( i have a ford ranger pickup ) inside the apartment is very nice also very spacious, kitchen has washing machine,tumble dryer, disheasher and all other essential appliances.The bedrooms all single...

「This property was absolutely perfect. Equipped with everything you would possibly need. Tesco is walking distance if you are feeding a large family. We chose to drive half way down to Carbis bay and walk the rest. 」

「Booked for a long weekend, Friday to Tuesday morning. Good communication from owner and easy access. Site is well sited with a car for Padstow and Wadebridge. Chalet was in good upkeep and spotlessly clean. Made an excellent base for exploring to local area.」

「A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. 」

「Excellent but details are right about the steps. Would not suit anyone with mobility/medical problems. View fantastic as were locals except for abusive neighbour as we were trying to load our car this morning. Can’t possibly repeat her language but people renovating next door helpful. Nervous car Parker's beware of steep drive 」
