Staff were excellent before and during our stay. They helped us with arranging our pick up from Dong Hoi, early check in, trip to the caves (excellent) and onward travel arrangements. The employees at this property are so lovely! Everyone goes above and beyond. The puppies and piglets are a welcome bonus. The room was clean and the views are incredible. Morning coffee at their restaurant was a highlight.
