Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. It may seem like a small thing but very comfy chairs for dining. We appreciated sitting outside all the time for all meals including during downpours. You can sit overlooking the river, but we chose to sit across the street in the comfy chairs.

Victory Road Villas is clearly the best hotel in Phong Nha. It’s expensive but the service was great - very helpful staff advising on what to do in the area and making the arrangements for you. The view from our room was great, spectacular even. We definitely thought we chose well staying there.

Best hotel by far in Phong Nha!!

This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Pool outside was super nice and the food was great. We usually try different places when we travel but ended up eating every meal at the property.

Gorgeous Hotel

We spent a week exploring the coast of Vietnam and this was our last and longest stay on the trip. We were so glad, as the hotel is beautiful and the room was amazing. A two-story apt style room with a large living room, kitchenette, balcony overlooking the mountains and outdoor shower and bath tub. The hotel staff were very helpful in suggesting cave tours, which ones to do on your own or with a company. They took very good care of us during the stay.

Nice room, staff friendly but little bit slowly sometimes. Cleanliness around the outdoor bathtub and toilet could be better. Television was not hooked to neither antenna or cable, not possible to watch world cup, being the best hotel in town TV should be available. Otherwise mostly a nice experience.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at

What an experience ! From start to finish everything at the hotel was perfect! The rooms amazing, the staff super friendly, attentive and professional. The food at the hotel was top notch. The hotel is situated at the song con river and the mountains which gives you stunning views. They helped us plan everything from cave trekking to a trek at the botanical garden. They have bikes for free usage which is very beneficial and have even kayaks you can use for free (what an experience kayaking through the river!) Will definably book again!

A Beautiful Hotel and Outstanding Service

We stayed at Victory Road Villas the night before and the night after doing an overnight trek in the national park. It was a pleasant way to ease into and out of the mild discomforts of an overnight hike in the jungle. Victory Road is a beautiful property that’s scaled small enough to create a welcoming, cozy feel, while allowing enough space and privacy to relax. The villas are beautiful, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. For a family of four there was ample space. The staff were always attentive and ready to serve and assist. The breakfast and dinner menus are focused, but provide enough variety to satisfy a range of dining preferences. The staff were kind enough to keep our luggage for us while we were trekking, and then put us into the same villa upon our return for the second night’s stay. They also contacted me in advance of arrival to assist with arranging ground transportation from Dong Hoi. Their price was much less expensive than the transportation I had initially arranged through a travel agent in Hanoi. This was our first visit to Phong Nha, but I hope not our last. When we return, I’d be delighted to stay at Victory Road Villas again.
