We called at 11am the day of check in to confirm our room and advise we'd be checking in after 9pm. We were assured our room was there and available waiting for our arrival no problem. Got there to check in at 9:30 and were told thay pur room had been sold. The poor girl had no idea wjlhat to do but she said she didnt want to turn us away. I told her she couldnt as we were 2 hours from home and no rooms avaliable at any hotels any where near by. She was able to put us in a handicap room. Luckily it was just myself and daughter due to a last-minute change my husband did t join us or this would not have worked. While the girl working the counter was winderful.....dont book with a 3rd party. We could have paid 97.00 by just booki g with the hotel direct i stead of 137.00 and our room being reserved wouldnt have been an issue. Never again.
