“The staff was extremely courteous and kind and very helpful. The only issue I have is when you book through Expedia they're not honest. The photos they showed is not the conditions that you received the room. This is not on the hotel or the staff. This is on Expedia for not doing their homework.”

“The room was updated and clean the front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was a standard eggs, sausage, waffles. The walls are paper thin and could hear my neighbours snoring or walking around the room (artwork on the walls shoot when people walked around the room). The hallways had some debris like someone ran into the wall or something and the staff was vaping in the rooms while cleaning. Pool was good for kids, it was dated and needs some TLC. But overall it was good for kids (deep end……

“The location was alright and easy to get to. Rooms were dated and are in need of an update. The carpet is stained and the tables, desk, and walls are all in dated rough shape. It would be a really great place if they would spend some money to refurbish the place. 3 thin, old and small pillows for 2 people are not enough. When we asked for additonol supplies they were more then willing to accomodate. I wouldn't list this place with "a breakfast" with coffee, granola bars, and oatmeal for the……

“The hotel is totally renovated. Each suite has the kitchen with a full fridge that has an ice maker. Bed is very comfortable and lots of choice for pillows. If you miss breakfast hours they still have fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea and milk available if you prefer to sleep in. Staff is always asking if you need anything just ask. Close to the mall and eating places. We were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.”
