「There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. 「I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. 」

「The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc.」

「This property is really a home from home but with gorgeous seaviews from every room. Immaculately clean and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen and all surprisingly spacious. The area is great for walks, and cycling. There is a nice cliff walk to Joss Bay a really good beach. Broadstairs town centre is a 30 minute walk away Or a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.」
