"We had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the mountains overlooking the ocean. We brought our dog who had lots of space to run around, and Luigi made sure we had a pack and play for our 14 month old already in the room when we came. The room itself was decent sized with its own patio and private entrance. The breakfast was great and it is served in a beautiful room surrounded by glass overlooking the pool, which overlooks the ocean. We will definitely be going back!"

"Manager was not flexible in making changes to the reservation that were beyond our control. We had to leave a day earlier due to travel issues created by Italy train system. We checked out on time from the hotel, but were notified that the hotel would not accept our request to not be charged for the night unused due to train strike in Italy. Fan was not in working condition in our room. Other than these, items the hotel is in a great location and we had a great stay in Sperlonga."
