Updated designer condo fully furnished steps away from the bustling Baytowne Wharf. Access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center on the Grand Sandestin property. Pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. Lasata is the most convenient location at the Grand Sandestin. For larger groups, this unit may be rented along with unit next door for a total of 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (door between).

Very private and well located unit

The property was precisely at described. The on-boarding and orientation was cumbersome and sources to provide clarification were not readily available. I found myself relying upon other guests and the staff of the Grand Sandestin for directions, attractions and available resources. An issue with outside door closure was promptly addressed by the Co-host for the unit. The resort has a great pool area with a delightful range of water temperatures (very nice as the weather is changing).

Rewarding Couple’s Getaway

This community is everything you need to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Our condo was beautifully decorated (so posh!!) and conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants. It is well appointed with everything we needed and the communication with everyone to get us checked in was so helpful. The view from our balcony was peaceful and it gave us a sense of connection to the larger community. Between our morning walks on the tranquil streets and mindless hours spent on the beach and in the many pools located on the property, we truly feel so refreshed. The 4th of July holiday made patience a necessary virtue as there were so many people, but it was really great to celebrate the holiday and watch the fireworks on the beach. We loved our stay and hated to leave. Will definitely be back next year!!!

Great family vacation

This was our first beach vacation as a family. Beach was just a short drive across hwy98. Everything was family friendly… packed lunches for the beach. Wish some of the village restaurants had better food for the money. All in all would stay again!

Great place but...

Overall the location was great, the condo looks just like the pictures, maybe a little bit smaller. The issue we ran into though had to do with the maintenance and communication of the building itself. The second night we were there a cleaning lady from a different room next-door used some extremely heavy duty chemicals to fix an issue leading to the whole floor being at risk to Amonia illness. The ammonia smell was overwhelming on the entire floor and leaked into our room. We were asked by the fire department to leave the premises until further notice. We were told to contact the concierge of the building to determine when we could return and by 11 o’clock at night we called and the concierge told us we should’ve been asking the fire department. When we returned just a few minutes later the fire department was not even there anymore, just the workers cleaning up. I believe the communication due to the fact that we were VRBO customers made it difficult. The stay was great we decided to stay even with the smell in the end, but if we had trusted with the concierge said we wouldn’t have had a place to stay that evening.
