Perfection!

We had a large group of all ages and everyone had everything they needed for the perfect vacation. The house is large with lots of room for everyone to spread out. Very close to the beach and quiet enough to relax. I have no complaints 10/10

FABULOUS STAY!

We loved our stay here for our family gathering. The propertywas just as pictured on the VRBO site. Our property manager, Julie, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our visit. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Amazing vacation for the ENTIRE Family!

The property exceeded our expectations! Very clean and tastefully decorated. The house and guest house smelled clean and were spotless. Everything functioned as it should. Well stocked kitchen for a very large family of 19.We were so thankful for the extra refrigerator in the guest house garage! The pool was amazing. We chose to have it heated for the week which turned out to be an awesome decision. The grandkids spent HOURS in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and toys to keep them busy! Plenty of towels/linens. The property had plenty of extra of beach chairs/wagons. The outdoor kitchen/grill was a perfect meeting place to cook and just hang out! Short walk to the beach, stores and souvenir shops! Minutes from Win Dixie grocery store. We even tried Skippers seafood boil which didn't disappoint! Julie was an awesome host. Available for quick responses to a couple of questions!We are already planning another trip for next year!

Family Vacation

BOOK IT!

The accommodations were clean, roomy, convenient. The separate pool house was perfect for our friends with small children. All the beach tools you'll need even 2 WAGONS! Very short walk to the beach. A plus with two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. I can go on and on. No complaints. Just BOOK IT!

Second time just as amazing as the first!

This was the second time I stayed at this house in the past few years. Truly has everything you can imagine and more! Great place for families or a group of friends. Julie and Kyle were both fantastic to work with as well. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Great Stay

The best accommodations-so much room and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Makeup mirrors in every bathroom a big plus. The pool area is the best and everything needed for the beach- they know what you need for your stay and make it easy. Julie and Kyle were the best property managers!!! Replaced an outside TV that stopped working the same day we called them, above and beyond to make our stay the best! I would highly recommend. This property has it all and more!

Beautiful Property with Amazing Pool

This was the perfect property for our family. My wife and I are in our 70's and retired. We stayed in the guest house, while our adult married children had their own rooms in the main house and the grandchildren all slept in the bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We made daily use of the covered outdoor patio and kitchen area. The pool was FABULOUS!!! We opted to have it heated and was the perfect temperature for our stay during Christmas week. Everyone spent a lot of time in the pool. We only needed to contact the property manager once with an issue with a bedroom window. Jule responded immediately. Kyle arrived within an hour and took care of the problem. Overall we are extremely satisfied. Everyone totally enjoyed our vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic Property

Our entire family truly enjoyed Emerald Oasis. It’s like a home away from home, everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor space is terrific, whether grilling, swimming or laying in the sun. Short walk to beach and easy walk to dining options. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space, while dining and outdoor areas accommodate everyone together comfortably. Hope to come back soon.

Stay here!

We had never been to this area before, but after reading the reviews on this house we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Beautiful, clean home with an amazing pool & outdoor entertainment area. If it weren't for the beautiful beaches within walking distance, I don't think we would've ever left the house! The houses are close together in this neighborhood, but the backyard felt very private. It was also very quiet in the house, especially considering that it was a very busy spring break week. More than enough beach chairs, towels, coolers, & wagons for use at the beach. Just a few things I personally like to know when renting a VRBO...the kitchen had all the appliances you could need, an entire bar cart, & had a couple of spices & some pepper. Only one roll of paper towels provided. Bathrooms had only one extra roll of toilet paper. There are 2 sets of washers & dryers which was great & they did have a couple pods available. These are not complaints at all, especially since there is a grocery store right down the street, just helps me to know these things when planning! We had one issue during our stay & Julie was easy to get ahold of & took care of it immediately! We would absolutely go back to this area & this house & would highly recommend it to anyone!

Stop right there and just book this place

If you’re reading this and this place is still available: book it. This is easily one of the greatest vacation rentals I’ve ever been in. From the close proximity to the private beach (with private beach chairs/umbrellas set up every day), to the heated pool, to the outdoor living space, to (wait for it…) every bedroom having its own bathroom, this place truly has it all. The house is completely stocked with everything you and the kids will need for the beach. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Better than advertised

Despite sky-high expectations, Emerald Oasis exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, extraordinarily well-appointed, very well maintained, abundant flatware and dishware, splendid pool, superb outdoor kitchen, expansive outdoor living space, 4 (!) refrigerators, 2 ice makers, 8 flat screen TVs, central sound system. Each of the 5 master en-suites is luxurious. Great location, and the beach set-ups are very convenient, The best compliment I can offer is that it was as if the owners left it exactly as it is when they stay there.

Spring Break with Friends

This rental was all we could ask for. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, and everything in the house was of high quality and in great shape. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for a rental. We had everything we needed to cook and especially enjoyed the outside grilling area. The beach was only a short walk away, and the beach supplies included in the garage were super helpful. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. We had 4 families with children that spent most of our time outside by the pool. This rental exceeded our expectations. The host was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the amenities were top notch. We would highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay....we want to keep this place a secret

We could not have been more pleased with this place. Everything was as advertised. The manager Julie was awesome to work with. Everything you need for a great family vacation is at this house. Leave all your beach stuff at home because they provide it all. We don't want anyone else to find out about this place because we want to keep it for ourselves. Beds and bedrooms were great, plenty of stuff in the kitchen, pool is amazing and the beach is close. The only negative is you can't see the beach from the house but that is a very small negative. Our family will be back here after we have grandchildren.

BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT

We LOVED this property. Every room was a master room. The floor plan was incredible as it allowed for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. The kitchen literally had everything from a bar to a pineapple digger. The outdoor patio was big, clean, had a nice gas fireplace and the pool was the best we’ve had because 1. It was a saltwater pool and 2. It was SO warm, perfect for the 60-68 degree winter weather. The beach was only a 2 minute, easy beautiful walk and there were tons of beach stuff in the garage like wagons, coolers, etc. The guest house was perfect for older teens or for a couple and was a nice addition to have. We really really were impressed and the photos do not do it justice at all. The location was super convenient as well. I would highly recommend!!!

Family Vacation

The house was everything it advertised and more. The house was exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and maintained well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. Toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, trash bags, etc all there and available. Had a great time. The property manager was extremely easy to get a hold of and replied back almost immediately. Had an issue with the grill and it was looked at within the hour and fixed within the day. The location was a block away from the beach. The chairs were set up everyday along the water. Clean water, and very clean beach. The house pool was well heated and very well maintained. By far this was the best experience we have had with a rental. Will absolutely stay again when we look at our future vacations.

Our BEST stay in Florida ever! A beautiful and spacious home with a great pool and outdoor area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Oasis beach house and absolutely loved it! This home is truly a home and is well appointed with everything that you and your family/friends could need while on a vacation! I went with my family to celebrate our grandmother’s birthday, and it was perfect! The home itself is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our group of 20! We never felt crowded and everyone loved having their own bathrooms for each bedroom. There are 2 washer and dryers, which makes it great for large groups! The beds are so comfortable, and the bedrooms are very spacious! I was also impressed with the makeup mirrors found in each bedroom. It was all these little touches that just added to our stay! While the home inside is so fabulous and feels like a luxury hotel, the outside living area is even more spectacular! I could not believe the amount of space that is out there! We stay in the Frangista Beach area often and have never seen an outdoor space that is so large, well equipped, and so comfortable! There is a gas fireplace with gas lanterns by the flat screen tv and plenty of comfy seating if your group wants to watch your favorite sports team, or it’s a great space to let the kids watch tv while the adults gather nearby at the outdoor kitchen. There is a large island with plenty of space to lay out appetizers or do meal prep while using the gas grill. The pool is the diamond in the crown of this home. It is huge! It is a saltwater pool; with multicolored lights we could turn on for night swims! Our little ones really enjoyed the fountains that can be turned on at the sides of the pool. We paid to have it heated which was perfect for the cooler weather. We probably spent much of our vacation gathered outside in and out of the pool, playing games, eating, cooking, laughing and just making memories! There are outdoor Sonos speakers so we could listen to our favorite music while we outside! It is only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach! The beach has a private gated entrance and is so close to the house. The owners even provided a couple of beach wagons to carry your beach stuff! We have all decided that this is the place for all of our future family vacations!! We cannot wait to return!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation
