Great place to stay for the Wine Festival

We had a great time staying at this condominium for the Sandestin Wine Festival. It was very convenient to Baytowne Wharf and the pool. And the views were spectacular! Thanks Eric.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

We had a great time on our trip! The location was amazing and so convenient to everything...Baytowne Wharf, pickleball, shopping, restaurants, etc... The condo was perfect for our family. The pictures are amazing, but it's even better in person. I truly appreciated how attentive Eric was to our needs. He checked in numerous times pre/during/post the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. He was also very responsive, quickly following up to our emails. We hope to go back!

lovely complex

The Bajia building in the Grand Sandestin complex is lovely! The corner balcony overlooking the trees and bay is beautiful. Always a breeze, and we got to see an osprey family with their babies every day. The upkeep of the grounds and complex is impressive. With that being said, there was a lot of construction going on with the solstice club right below us. Wasn’t too much of a problem, but there was a lot of hammering and sawing for several days.The unit itself is very spacious and accommodating for six people. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was with the barstools which were bar height and they should have been counter height. They were pretty much unusable. Eric, the host was very prompt at responding to any questions I had. Highly recommend this unit!

We had a great time staying at Eric’s property. The condo was spacious and we appreciated the extra blankets & pillows. The balcony has a nice view of the bay and the beach/amenities at Sandestin are our favorites! Great walking distance to Baytowne Wharf to get dinner in the evening or grab a Bloody Mary at Ruby’s in the morning!

Family Wedding Trip

The Wharf is a couple minute walk from the swimming area just outside the building and just a 5 minute drive from Miramar Beach. It was perfect for the wedding party and family. Had a great time.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was perfect. Short walk to village. The pool/hot tubs were great. The place had more than described. I brought my 1 year old they had a high chair and packn play there. I would definitely stay here again.
