Relaxing in Luxury

With a family of 5, the 3rd room 2 bath was perfect. Large living space, large fully stocked kitchen allowed for easy food prep and clean up. The balcony looks through two large properties to expose a view the ocean. Great value and very short walk to the beach. Definitely will book again.

Beautiful condo and convenient to beach

The condo was as pictured. It was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious for a one week stay. It had views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach and perfect balcony furniture. The 3rd front bedroom housed the air conditioning unit and was noisy in that room when running.

Awesome vacation

Property was so lovely and we all enjoyed our stay. Just make sure to bring extra dish soap and trash bags. One of the best places we have stayed in.

Great place!

Loved the place! Location view and condo were amazing and we enjoyed it. The only thing was there was no toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags on arrival. But other than that it was awesome and would definitely come back again.

Great stay during Spring Break

We had a great stay at this condo during Spring Break. The property is gated and this unit is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Super convenient when needing to go back and forth. It also has a community hot tub, which was great for the one chilly day that we had. The only thing I didn’t like is that we were only allowed 1 parking space. We rented a 3 bedroom condo (there was 7 of us) so of course we had 2 cars. We were able to part our 2nd car just around the corner at a campground that was $15 day for parking. Other than the parking issue…I would highly recommend!

The actual condo was great, but the parking situation is TERRIBLE and the reason why we will never stay here again. One parking spot for an 8 person condo, so we had to pay over $100 to park our 2nd car somewhere else. Extremely ridiculous and inconvenient

Highly recommend!

A group of friends traveled down for a wedding. We booked the house from a Thursday to a Monday. The house was spotless, looked exactly how it was in the photos and was easy to access. There were plenty of towels, extra linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The gated community is nice in that you do not have to worry about people walking around. The condo has a very nice pool and hot tub. This condo is literally a 3 minute walk from the beach!! Our one and only complain about the condo was that the air can only be set down to a certain degree, while I understand the reasoning it was April and still a little warm in the condo for our liking! Overall I would rate this house 5 stars and would highly recommend it!

Minor issues

The condo was beautiful, and for the most part well supplied. There were only a couple of disappointments. First, there were no linens for the pullout bed. Thank goodness there were pillows and a mattress cover. We gave my uncle a bedspread from another bed to use as a blanket. We reported it with no response. Also, the power went out in the hallway, the bunk bedroom and hall bath. We reported it, again with no response. However we found the breaker box. Problem solved. We apologize that we didn’t get to start the dishwasher. It was loaded, but we got preoccupied with loading our vehicles and ended up being automatically checked out so we couldn’t get back in to start the dishwasher (and we think my husband left a white shirt.)
