Great for family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nicely furnished and clean. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was the master bedroom’s mattress. It could be replaced. But the other beds were fine and no other complaints. Would stay there again. Staff was friendly and checked on us prior to and throughout the stay via text.

Everything was wonderful! We were able to check in an hour early without even asking, the place was clean, it was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the A/C worked like it was brand new! It's close to the beach and all the activities we wanted to do. I did reach out to the host and never got a response but the situation ended up being fine. The water shut off on us from a running toilet and there weren’t enough wristbands for our party but I called the front desk and they handled everything instantly. I will be back!!!!

Beautiful Condo, Disappointing Property Management

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was absolutely amazing! It had stunning views, beautiful furniture, and a well-stocked kitchen (although it would’ve been nice to have a crockpot). The balcony was terrific with plenty of seating, and while the walk to the beach took about 10 minutes, it wasn’t too bad. There was no beach equipment provided, and beach chair rentals were not included with the unit, which would have been a nice touch.The elevators were extremely fast—we never had to wait, which was a pleasant surprise. However, we were shocked to find bagged ice for sale at over $7 a bag, which felt excessive.Unfortunately, our experience with Seascape Property Management was far less than desirable. The number and type of beds listed on the website were misrepresented, which caused a significant inconvenience for our group. Their only solution was a blow-up mattress—not what you expect when paying premium vacation rates. I sent several requests and was promised a call back that I never received. Seascape made no effort to make the situation right, and because of that, we will not be booking with them again.That said, we absolutely loved the building and the condo itself. I would definitely book at Ariel Dunes II again—but through a different property management company.Condo rating: 10/10Seascape Property Management rating: 4/10

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent at Ariel Dunes every year before kids go back to school. Location is close to beach. This particular unit wasn't as clean as all the other units we had. Floors had never been mopped. If it had, it wasnt a very clean mopped. Everyone’s feet was black and dirty just walking around house. But other than that, we all had a good time at the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place but had it’s cons. The property wasn’t cleaned very well. There were 2 areas that were gross and should have been cleaned but missed. 1 in the kitchen right side of stove near the kick board. Another on the bar side of the wall in front of the 3rd bar stool. Also- the window ledge’s near the couch were very dusty and hadn’t been wiped under the blinds in some time. Another thing is the Cox remote to the TV in the room with 2 beds was corroded even after we replaced the batteries still unable to watch tv in that room. I would suggest the owner explain what remote goes with what in all rooms since there was 4 for the living room and it took time to figure out what went with what. The other rooms had 2 remotes each. Lastly there was no broom to sweep up anything for a week long stay with little kids only a vacuum that didn’t work very well. Our favorite was the balcony. The furniture on the balcony was very nice and comfortable when sitting out there at night. This was our second time staying at Seascape and do recommend the community. I just wish there was a little book from the owners recommending favorite places to eat or do. This was in our last condo and very helpful. We have been to Destin numerous times and will continue to go back.

Unit 1301 Ariel Dunes II

Reviewer Comments: For the cost of the unit for 4 days it was totally over priced. Not enough amenities. Not enough towels, wash cloths, hand towels or kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Their were two broken chairs in the kitchen and the walls were marred up. Used wash cloth was in one bathroom and the unit was unclean under chairs. Someone came into our unit without notifying us when we were not there. No beach chairs or umbrellas available as promised. Freezer doors were iced over so made it difficult to open. However, we did leave the unit clean as directed from the check out instructions.

Reviewer Comments: Pros- absolutely stunning views, great location, overall in great shapeCons- when we checked in( holiday weekend ) 2 smoke detectors were chirping every minute. I changed the batteries and that fixed that. The HALO automatic water shut off, and cut off the water to the whole unit for too much flow. It has 3 showers and we used them. I had to reset this about 5 times during the week. The shower nozzle broke off, maintenance repaired the same day. The unit really wasn’t that clean, we vacuumed the floor and it had a lot of sand on it, sheets had some sand when we checked in. The owner has a very nice place, but should verify the cleaning they are paying for gets done. None of these items would be hard to correct, I’m sure the smoke detectors were chirping when they cleaned, I don’t think they cleaned good and that is not reflective of owner. The halo system should be adjusted for maximum allowed flow before it shuts off, we didn’t have any leaks which is the main point of the halo system. There is a loose door on the tv stand and the kids room closet door is almost falling off. Like I said this unit very nice but needs a walk through.

When we checked out the room on Sat and got home we were broke out in rashes. I asked them to changed the sheets on the twin and full size bed and someone came and sprayed but I didn't know there were bedbugs.
