Room with clean and big. Not much of a view from balcony. You could see the garden, but no pool and only a slight view (actually none) of the Choctawhatchee Bay only visible if you searched out the bedroom window. However, the condo being so clean and spacious and quite made up for the lack of views. Only complaints are: King size bed needs a new mattress - sags in the middle. Unit not extremely handicapped friendly neither was the community. Pool was large and relaxing! Gym was close by with great workout options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the condo again!

The unit is very good size for the price and the location is hard to beat. I stayed there with two coworkers for a work function at the Hilton, so the shuttle between Baytown and the Hilton is great. The Baytown Wharf has plenty of restaurants and it’s about a 3 min walk from the unit. The unit was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Guest parking in a remote stone parking area was very inconvenient and was not communicated during booking process. The unit was without heat and A\C. The property manager was very responsive. They scheduled a repair tech and delivered heaters but then the building system that supports the units heat pump failed.
