Condo was amazing! The location was close proximity to the pool and private beach, which made everything so much easier for our family of six. The pool was great. The condo itself was spotless when we arrived and we felt right at home as we walked in. It did not disappoint. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

Great location

The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is excellent. Right next to pool and across from beach access. The nice part is you don’t pay for the sand chairs and umbrella. Up front location get their early though! Will be coming again!

We check here first to see if it's available for our yearly vacation before checking anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!

February Florida

We picked this condo for the first floor, poolside location. Unfortunately the first couple of weeks, the patio was not available due to construction but….when it became available to us, it was very nice. We had some little visitors then, so that was helpful. The host was very responsive to questions and answered promptly. All in all we enjoyed our time there!

The property manager offered great communication and helped with a few of the concerns we had upon arrival. We've stayed at Maravilla condos several times, and the proximity to the pool and beach were so convenient!

PERFECT LOCATION

Perfect location. Directly across from beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Unit needs a little updating.and a vacuum cleaner. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location

Fun stay in Miramar Beach. Super close to the water (both the pool and the ocean). Condo has everything you need and the chair service was nice. The master bed was quite uncomfortable and should be replaced. Property manager was helpful and good communication.

A perfect little get away

I’m torn. I want to rate this poorly so it’ll be available the next time we visit. But seriously, you can’t beat this location. It’s perfectly located, has all the necessities you want on vacation, and none of the up-charges for things you won’t use. Communication with the host was great! Overall a great experience.

Easy access to beach, easy to contact for assistance, beautiful condo!

We just left the condo today, I have to admit this is probably the best one we’ve ever stayed in at Maravilla. Our 3rd trip to this complex. It’s dog friendly and we had easy access to the beach, actually, prime location! We had an issue with the icemaker while we were there, and they fixed it ASAP! The maintenance man was kind and courteous of our space. This condo is beautiful. We highly recommend you staying!
