Keyless Entry: On the day of your arrival, you'll receive the door code when Rest Ashored is ready for guests. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central time or after.

Parking Passes: You will receive one free parking pass when you stay with Destin Vacation Company. Additional parking passes are $25. and we need to know as soon as possible if you need additional passes.

~No trailers or boat parking is allowed per the HOA
~Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach
~Community pool's are heated at the HOA's discretion
~Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed

~Pets are not allowed per the HOA unless you are an owner.

Starter amenities provided by Destin Vacation Company include include TP, PT, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, body soap, shampoo. When the starter amenities run out it is the guests responsibility to purchase more.
