Best view

This condo had the best view out of all the other condos we have stayed in in Destin area. We loved the easy access from the room to the beach and the spaciousness of the condo. We had 8 adults and a baby with more room to spare. The pool and hot tub were fantastic as well! We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic property, location and beach

Condo was excellent, beautiful and clean. Great that was only 4 stories so elevator access was not a problem. Close to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Beautiful beach and pool.

this condo is in a great location so close to all of the shops, restaurants, and the shrimp store. This condo as well stocked with all of the kitchen essentials. Great time with all of my family.

Outstanding location for a fabulous family vacation. The views from 2 bedrooms and great room are hard to beat. Super easy access to the beautiful Miramar Beach and pool area. Good restaurant right next door and very close to grocery. We will definitely be rebooking.

Just perfection!

The condo is beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. The views are just amazing and the pool is big enough you don’t feel crowded by strangers. We have been coming to the Destin area for 25 years, but from now on we will be coming to this specific property.

Excellent!

Very nice condo. Clean. Our family very much enjoyed staying there. Would suggest getting more silverware, as it is used up quickly with multiple guests in a 4 BR condo. The pool was inconsistently heated also. Overall we had a great stay.

Fantastic oceanfront view and spacious deck

Wonderful view , great location , beach chairs were available for rent through local vendor, large rooms , lots of windows , one flight of stairs down to the beach right outside the door , wonderful pool and hot tub, very nice facility, would highly recommend , but don't tell anyone , it's already hard to find an open date to rent this unit

Beautiful condo with a great view

This 4 bedroom 4 bath beautiful condo "room 201" has two master suites with plenty of room and amazing views of the beach and pool. The condo is in a perfect location that is within walking distance of your local food market and a huge shopping outlet full of name brand stores to meet everyone's needs. The staff was courteous yet stern with their rules and policies so as to keep this place safe and secure. I highly recommend this place.

Great palce to vacation

This was the third year that we have rented this unit. It is well maintained and up to date. The unit itself is very comfortable with ample space for everyone. The wrap around balcony provides great views. It is more than adequately furnished. There is plenty of seating. The kitchen is very well stocked - we never have to bring anything additional. We just purchase consumables. We have already reserved the unit for next year.

Slice of Paradise

We've stayed in a number of places in Miramar/Destin, and the location of this condo is second to none. This is the second time we stayed here, and our return trip was just as wonderful as our first visit. The proximity to the beach and pool is perfect. The beach service is great (two umbrellas and four chairs). And, the pool is phenomenal. Because the entire complex is only four stories high, you're never competing with hundreds of other guests for space in the pool or chairs. Nick and Louisa are very responsive and attentive hosts. I highly recommend this condo! (Tip: Not only does the condo provide a selection of beach chairs and toys, guests leave behind boogie boards, chairs and expensive rafts when they check out on Saturday. Check with the very nice maintenance crew when you arrive on Saturday. We connected with a gentleman down in the parking lot, and we had a nice selection of boogie boards and chairs outside of our door that evening!) Thank you, Nick and Louisa!
