We enjoyed being on the fist floor, near the pool and parking lot. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space. The furniture and beds are little worn and could use updating.

The condo had no frills but we were only looking for location and clean. It did provide us both Positives: location to beach/fitness center (which is great)/pools/hot tub. Clean. Friendly staff. Golf cart availability to be driven around. Beach is clean. Pools were nice Negatives: no towels or chairs for the beach (the ones on the beach are for a fee). A lot of beach “rules”-not a dealbreaker, but definitely worth noting

The home was great, comes with so much space to comfortably fit 6. Only complaint would be that the light in the kitchen was not working when we arrived and was not fixed the entire time we stayed, making it difficult to make dinner at night. We called several times and someone did come out but was unable to resolve the issue.

The bedrooms and bathrooms was great and I was happy that we was on the bottom floor. The place was wonderful

Upon booking I thought this was just a condo building with not much going on. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the location was. Check in was short and sweet and we were able to check in early. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The property was whole was super nice. Very nice resort. The walk to the beach was 4mins on paved sidewalks with great access to the beach and a place to rinse off afterwards. Bar and pool on the beach was a nice addition. Will stay here again.

Furniture worn, draperies stained, sheetrock damaged, dining chair seat totally off, dining table brace unscrewed, living room rug filthy, etc. Not anywhere near Summit standards.
