Wonderful stay at a fantastic house!

The house was amazing! Pretty much everything available, plus more! I only docked it one star on cleanliness because when we arrived, one of the trash bins was not collected and produced a horrible stench. Called someone to have it picked up, but it never was; so we moved it out closer to the curb. What we loved about the house: - location - was close to so many things, convenient - golf cart - made traveling around town so much easier - pool - perfect for relaxing and hot days - kitchen - very well equipped - bedrooms - spacious and clean; the beds were super comfortable, towels were packaged individually to show that they were cleaned - living room - the couches were super comfortable - had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Other than the check in process, this home was FABULOUS. Would stay again.

I rented this home with my sister, her fiancé, and their entire wedding party (14 total). Honestly, the home was amazing and I would stay here again. The pool was cleaned throughout the duration of our stay, which was nice. All appliances worked properly. The couch is VERY comfy as were all of the beds. The only caveat I would take notice with is that they will NOT allow you to check in even one minute early. To be clear, this was not due to someone else renting the home right before or maintenance or cleaning issues; the property just outright refused to let us in until exactly 4 pm. I don’t mention this to bash the place, as I will reiterate we had a fantastic time (the agency even brought us a complimentary charcuterie box), but it would have inconvenienced the owner 0% and would have made us extremely happy had we just been allowed an hour early to set up our surprises we had for the prospective bride and groom.

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Azul. This is our third stay in the same neighborhood and we highly recommend it. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Only downside of the trip was a broken pool heater. I wasn't made aware of that before booking. The pool was very cold almost impossible to swim.

We enjoyed our trip. House is spacious, plenty beds with sheets and towels. House was clean! Pool is fun and very private. The only issue we had is Several houses nearby are doing construction and daily construction noise even on Saturday.

Summer Stay

My family of 10, all adults, enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul. The property was beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach. 5-7 minute walk. Having access to some bikes and a golf cart was cool and convenient for riding around to the shops nearby (very close to some souvenir shops, ice cream, and coffee), but you couldn’t actually park a golf cart at the nearest beach access point, so you were better off walking there unless someone could drop the group off and drive back. There were 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas set up for us at the closest beach access that was reserved with our name on the back of the chairs, and we were also able to bring a few extra of our own chairs which was plenty for us. Personal umbrellas were allowed, tents are not. Really though, all of the set up chairs along the beach were so close together that there wasn’t a ton of room to set up your own umbrellas anyways, everyone was very close to each other. We never ventured to one of the other beach access points, since the one closest was so nice and convenient. The private pool was a great size, clean, but since there was no cover and not much shade from the trees, the water was very warm for our entire stay (we did not opt for heating), but that’s just the reality of the Florida sun. Our only main issue was that the ice maker on the refrigerator was not working when we arrived. We contacted the management company and they sent someone out to fix it-which worked for 1 day, but then stopped again and we didn’t bother after that, just bought our own ice instead. Toiletries were provided in each bathroom, along with plenty of toilet paper and more towels than we could every possibly use in one week. Some minor suggestions we had to maybe add to the rental would be to have hooks by the front door for keys, and maybe a curtain on the front door (the whole door is basically glass and you can see straight from the street into the house). Also the upstairs bunkroom might be nice to include a dresser and a lamp, this room got messy really quick with just 3 people in it sharing the one closet that only had shelves. These things were minor but still thought we should mention it. Overall we had a great stay. Casa Azul was a gem. Destin has really become (or maybe it always has been) an area with beautiful beaches, jam packed with rental homes, condos, tourist traffic, and very little infrastructural city planning, but that’s also sort of its charm.

Wonderful Spring Break House!!!

This home was everything advertised and more! Great central location, three blocks from the entrance to beautiful white sand beach. Four beach chairs and two large umbrellas ready with your name on them. Beautiful home with lots of room for three families. Lovely private fenced heated pool and outdoor area with grill, and well stocked kitchen. We had a fabulous time! Only had one issue with outside TV and Five Star properties sent someone to fix this quickly. Check-In and Check-Out procedures extremely clear and easy! Highly recommend this beautiful location!

We loved this house!

We had the best experience at this house! We brought our 3 children and 5 of their friends. The two bunk rooms worked perfect for them. Just a quick walk to the beach! Having the pool in the backyard was so great for late night swimming. We would definitely stay here again. Five star properties was so great to deal with

We so enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and super clean when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped which made staying in and cooking a breeze in these COVID 19 times!! Pool deck is ample and in full sun much of the day, though we chose to walk the short distance to the beach most days where our chairs and umbrellas were waiting for us. Great getaway and we would definitely book again.
