"Deja Blue" is a must-see Gorgeous Beach View condo, in The Summit at Tops'l, Miramar Beach. Enjoy Summit's Resort Pool and Hot Tub, and of course, the best Beach in the world, just a quick 3-minute walk from Deja Blue.

*Kitchen overlooks the living room and balcony — enjoy views while cooking
*Brand new, expansive countertops allow for easy conversation while prepping meals
*Spacious, well-lit kitchen stocked with all essentials for cooking and serving meals
*Oversized kitchen island with seating for 6
*Gather around the large Smart TV or unwind on the balcony after meals
*Stunning views from the condo and balcony
*Master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom
*Guest bedroom has two queen beds and a TV
*Living room includes a queen sleeper sofa
*Guests have access to basketball, shuffleboard, and mini golf at the Tides (Equipment for games can be picked up at the Tides office)

The adjoining door is heavy-duty and securely locked when booked separately
*Minimum age to rent is 25

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Love the view

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment because it fulfills all our requirements. Close enough to walk to the beach but also has a little tram to transport us to and from the beach. Love the area and the park next to the building. Love the location, close to malls, supermarkets, restaurants. The apartment is nice and had everything we needed.

Super nice home & location! One of the nicest rentals in the area in my opinion!

Beautiful home! Great location & views. Would definitely look to stay there again! Only wishes: that check in was earlier and all beds creek quite a bit with normal movement. By no means any sort of a deal breaker as a I mentioned, we’d look to stay at this specific location again when in the area…!

Much needed stay!

Had a great time at the summit! The room 908 was beautiful and had a beautiful view. I thought because we weren’t on the beach that we were going to miss out, but honestly I think we had the best view that we’ve ever had! It was a short walk to the beach but not terribly bad. For the price I do wish there were some chairs that came with the room. It’s a little hassle to try and find a spot. We did have some issues with checking in.. our name wasn’t on the list when we drove up to the gate and then we were on the 9th floor with a toddler (which is already nerve racking) and our door code wouldn’t work! It was after checkin time and my whole family stood there at the extremely high railing, while I called the number given and had to leave a voicemail. I’m sooo thankful the girl called back quickly and she had to reset the door code! Which she let me know they were leaving the office for the day so I barely caught them! Sheew! She was very sweet and helpful. Overall I’m so glad we came, it was much needed trip for our family. And the new, nice clean condo made the stay so much harder to leave. (Inside kitchen drawers were a bit crusty but that’s the only noticeable thing I seen that needed cleaned) You can hear surrounding condo noise but thankfully we didn’t have loud neighbors. Aside from that it was great! We really were bummed to leave. Would definitely stay again. I just hate that so many of these places use the opportunity (restaurants included) to stick it to you.. when some people really do just need the escape for a mental rest and reset but can’t afford to or struggle to just enjoy yourselves because everything is literally an arm and a leg. But I guess as long as people will keep paying it then they’ll keep upping the charge sadly.

Fabulous condo!

This condo was perfect. We typically come in the summer but our son got married and the weather was lovely. Loved the ocean view. The condo was decorated nicely and seemed newer. We loved the easy check in and check out. We loved the double beds in the second bedroom. We would most definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, easy walk to the beach.

Beautiful apartment, gorgeous views… Felt very spacious and everything you need to live comfortably for a week. The beds weren’t comfortable but not atrocious… Unfortunately we arrived to a unit that has not been cleaned adequately. Including dirty linens on the beds and left in the master bath. The shower had not been cleaned, the floors were still dirty and there was grease and food on the backsplash behind the stove and food wrappers behind the beds. Doorhandles, cabinet fronts and light light switches we’re visibly dirty so no Covid cleaning here. I do however feel confident that they will be better in the future with cleaning, however if you don’t mind a little DIY, this apartment is fantastic.
