This condo was super clean and is in a great location! Shopping, restaurants, ice cream, even an Urgent Care was within a couple miles. We were able to enjoy the well-stocked kitchen that had absolutely everything we needed and more. The beach was just a short walk and the kids enjoyed the pools. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas were a huge plus!! Thank you for such a great stay!!

We were in need of little when we got there, outside of groceries. Appreciate how they had charcoal for the grill, anything you’d need for the kitchen, and even things to take to the beach! Great property

This condo was extremely clean and had everything you need! There honestly isn’t one bad this to say about this condo. Very roomy! We came (family of 4) and the teens are both 17 ~ so room is necessary and this condo has it! Beautifully decorated and super clean!

This was our first time staying at this property, and having stayed at many different properties, there is nothing negative to say which is unusual. The property was just as described and really deserves more than 5 stars. Everything worked and the condo was well equipped in the kitchen, laundry room and other spaces. Across the street from the beach. Charcoal grills all around the property were a great surprise and the WiFi was super fast with a download <300 Mbps. The Vacasa staff was super helpful in advance of check in. The only drawback is we had to leave - but can't wait to book another trip. Congrats to the owners for maintaining a well appointed property.

Overall I would rate this condo at a 4.8/5. It was very clean, organized and had just about everything you could need. The only complaints I have would be that the parking garages don’t specify which garage goes to the C complex building so it took a us walking around to figure out where we needed to park. The other complaint I had was that we stayed for 6 nights and we ran out of garbage bags and paper towels for the kitchen (not a big deal we just bought some more, but I feel like it would be worth maybe putting a few extra under the sink). The beds were comfy, the pillows were nice, there were plenty of blankets. It was a great stay and we really appreciated all of the amenities of the condo. They had tons of beach equipment, a pack-n-play, a high chair and booster seat for the dinning table. It had everything we needed! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Overall our stainless fantastic! One of the best things was this house provided lawn chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and even a wagon to carry everything in! Great plus! Place was clean and well stocked. Thank you for providing extra blanket for those of us we don’t like the air conditioner turned so low;)

This condo was spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked! Each morning we would enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony. In the evenings, we would relax on the balcony and enjoy the cool breezes. Once the public beach access is completed by the county, the trek to the beach will be superb! Walking to Geronimo St location and having to carry the wagon up and down the stairs was awful, but that’s no fault of the condo! I would absolutely stay here again!!

We stay in Destin every summer. We’ve never stayed at the same place. This is the first time we plan on rebooking the same place! The openness and layout of the condo was great. The extra bed was nice. But all the extras (air mattress, towels, chairs, ice chests, boogies boards...) was such a nice touch! We really appreciate it and we will be back!!

Place was great as far as the location and views very clean and up to date has everything you could possibly need on vacation at the beach. The only drawback was that the furniture smelled like dog some days worse than others. Vacasa was not the best with information needed for the rental like the code for the gate to get into the complex. Spent 1-1/2hrs on hold and never talked to anyone luckily I was able to get in when someone else was leaving and from there was able to ask someone else in the resort for the gate code. Took 2 days to get the wifi password.

This was a last minute one night stay, and we were so sad we couldn’t stay longer. It was very clean and loved the decor. Beds and couches were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the smart tvs. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere I’ve stayed before. I was really impressed! We didn’t have time to go to the beach but it looked like they had everything you’d want for it. Hopefully we can come back again for a longer stay!
