Nice property in good location. Several restaurants nearby but not extremely busy area like Destin. Master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Only slight negative is they request the temperature set no lower than 70. That's warmer than I keep my house but not unbearable. We would stay here again.

My wife and I and 2 daughters arrived before check in around 1pm and decided to check out the resort like you would at any other resort. We walked out to the pool area and was taking a few photos when this guy that we thought was security walked up to us and asked us if we had our wristbands. I explain that our room wasnt ready yet to get our wrist bands when he started telling us we had to leave the pool area and how he had gotten in trouble before for letting people stay without wristbands. We later learned he was the maintenence guy. I was just a very unpleasant experience. We left and went shopping but i was really upset. It was a humiliating experience. We felt uneasy the rest of the time we were there. I called realjoy to express my concern and i was told this guy didnt work for them. Ok. They did have the property manager call who in an irritated tone told me our room was ready. No apology, no customer service. At this point we were our to lunch with family and friends who were also vacationing with us but staying at other resorts. On our last day there, we spent some time at the pool and my wife was very upset to see all the people there not wearing wristbands but not being asked to leave. I try hard not to assume everything is racially motivated but sometimes its hard not to draw that conclusion when most of the guess were Caucasians. You can probably therefore guess my race. But i digress. I will not be returning to this resort.

This condo was awesome! Very clean and homey feeling with amazing views!! A short walk to the beach! And not a far drive from any other activities! We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and a great location!!! Our only complaint was that it was difficult to enjoy the balcony because of neighbors smoking even though no smoking signs are posted throughout property. People were even smoking by the pool.
